Cub Scout Day Camp – BP Jamboree July 20 – 24, 2009 @ Fox Run Park
Lots of changes for Day Camp this year – Tigers attend all week & camp program runs Mon thru Fri (set up on Sun, tear down Fri afternoon) as well as a complete revision of registration forms. Because we have totally revamped the day camp forms, we are insisting that units attend a training session before receiving their CD with information and forms. There are three Forms training sessions scheduled in March: March 12, 6:30PM @ Jamboree LDS Chapel; March 13, 7:00PM @Living Hope Covenant Church, 6750 Union Blvd; and March 14, 9AM @Living Hope Covenant Church.
Pack registrations will be at the Scout Show on April 18, 2009.
Camp Director is Rebecca Hope, 331-6753. Program Director is Lisa Holstein
Jamboree District coordinator is Lisa Holstein, Troop 78 & Pack 80,

The New and improved!
Welcome to Pack 256's new website. Some may ask why new, the other website had become hard to manage, file content was scattered, had an old look to it, need I go on. Our new site allow for quick eazy access to updates from any computer by simply logging in and posting acticles in an editor similuar to Microsoft Word. The calendar function is awesome, I know some have had issue reading the calendar in the past from their Mac's this should now be resolved. Leaders have there own section also, allowing for us to share documentation from year to year, instead of passing paper back and forth or worse yet loosing documentation all together.
So sit back and take a look around, let us know what you think. I hope this is the will allow for everyone in the Pack to keep up to date on everything that is happening. We all have busy lives and being able to stop by this webpage and being able to update and get Pack information from any computer at any time I hope will make things easier on all of us.
Once again please let us know what you think. |
